ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a senior UX Strategist to join DataVinci’s CRO department. You will own the end-to-end user experience strategy across digital products and conversion funnels — bridging user empathy with data-backed decision-making to drive measurable business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
•
Collaborate with account and marketing teams to understand client goals and target audiences.
•
Present UX strategies and research findings persuasively to clients and senior stakeholders.
•
Lead client workshops to align on strategy, vision, and success metrics.
Research & Conversion Analysis
•
Lead comprehensive conversion research — user interviews, usability testing, heatmaps, and funnel analysis.
•
Identify friction points across the full customer journey from ad click to post-conversion.
•
Develop and validate hypotheses for UX and CRO improvements via A/B and multivariate testing.
UX Strategy & Design
•
Translate business goals and acquisition strategies into effective user flows and digital experiences.
•
Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX recommendations for landing pages, microsites, and funnels.
•
Apply behavioural and persuasive design principles to craft mobile-first, high-converting journeys.
Collaboration & Leadership
•
Work cross-functionally with design, development, copy, and analytics teams.
•
Mentor and coach junior UX researchers and designers.
•
Lead internal training sessions on CRO and UX best practices.
Reporting & Optimisation
•
Prepare detailed performance analyses with actionable, business-tied insights.
•
Continuously refine research and design workflows for improved efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
•
5 – 6 years of hands-on UX experience in a product, agency, or in-house CRO/growth team.
•
Proven track record of designing digital experiences with measurable conversion outcomes.
•
Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
•
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent wireframing and prototyping tools.
•
Experience with CRO and testing tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Google Optimize, VWO, or similar).
•
Solid understanding of UX psychology, behavioural design, and funnel optimisation.
•
Excellent communication skills in English — both written and spoken.
•
Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup.
NICE TO HAVE
•
Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or digital analytics business models.
•
Background in design thinking methodologies and user-centered design frameworks.
•
Experience leading or managing a small UX or research team.
•
Exposure to digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
•
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
