Customer Service Representative

We are hiring for Customer Service Executives at Teleperformance (Goregaon West). Process - UK Banking - Chat Shift Timing - 24/7 (Any 9 hours) Salary - 28k in-hand (Fixed) 5 working days and 2 rotational week-off Job Type - Full time (On-site)

Roles and Resposibilities - Handle customer queries via live chat related to fraud or suspicious transactions. Identify and investigate potential fraudulent activity on customer accounts. Investigate the issue, verify the customer and provide quick resolution.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS - Graduation is mandatory. Candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in BPO customer service or BPO chat process only.(Freshers are not eligible for this role) Should not have a gap of more than 6 months in the CV. Should have excellent english communication (verbal and written both). Comfortable to work in rotational shifts. Should have a CIBIL score of minimum 680 or No CIBIL score is also fine. Need immediate joiners. (those who can join on Monday)
