Marketing Communications Manager

As a Marketing and Communication Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the Manipal Digital’s marketing strategies, managing internal and external communications, and strengthening brand presence. You will work closely with creative teams, Sales, and leadership to communicate Manipal Digital’s value to clients, industry partners.

Strategy & Planning • Develop and implement the annual marketing and communications plan aligned with business goals. • Position the Manipal Digital brand in target markets, such as OTT, FMCG companies and Global brands. • Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Brand & Messaging • Define and refine brand messaging, value propositions, and tone of voice. • Oversee the creation of brand assets like brochures, decks, case studies, and pitch documents.

Digital Marketing & Content • Manage digital campaigns across social media, email, content platforms, and paid channels. • Create and supervise content (blogs, newsletters, social posts, videos, website updates). • Improve SEO, engagement, lead generation, and nurturing workflows.

Performance & Analytics • Set KPIs and measure performance of campaigns(if any), communications, and digital metrics. • Report insights and recommendations to leadership regularly.

Team & Agency Coordination • Manage external partners (creative, PR agencies, freelancers). • Mentor junior marketing or communication staff when needed.

Educational Qualifications & Experience Level Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field 5–8 years of proven experience in marketing & communications roles
