Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Roorkee for a Training and Placement Officer. The Training and Placement Officer will be responsible for managing the on-campus placement process, building relationships with potential recruiters, and organizing placement drives. The role also includes planning and conducting soft skills and employability enhancement training sessions for students. Additionally, the officer will track placement data, coordinate with company representatives, and oversee students’ professional development.

Qualifications Skills in Campus Placement and College Recruiting are essential. Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in conducting Training and Soft Skills development sessions. Proficiency in organizational and coordination skills. Ability to network effectively with corporate recruiters and industry stakeholders. Good understanding of the job market and industry trends. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Prior experience in an educational setup or placement/recruitment role is an advantage.
