Job Role:
As a
Business Development Intern
, you will assist the sales and business development team in generating and qualifying new leads for ACL Digital’s services. This role is ideal for candidates interested in learning real-world business development strategies including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns targeted at prospects in international markets.(US market only)

- 6 months
Shift Time
- 5PM to 2AM (5 days working)
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach:
Support outbound sales efforts through cold calling
,
email outreach, and targeted LinkedIn messaging to prospective clients.
Lead Identification & Qualification:
Research and identify potential customers, and qualify leads based on interest, requirements, and fit with ACL Digital’s offerings.
Campaign Support:
Assist with planning and executing
email campaigns
and
LinkedIn
outreach sequences to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track daily activities, outreach results, and pipeline progression;
prepare periodic reports for the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable with phone calls and initiating conversations with new contacts.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, professional networking, and email outreach tools.
Ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and work proactively with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
