We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth for our AI Bots, GenAI, and Integration Solutions business.
This role is for someone who understands how to sell enterprise value through AI-led transformation—not just services, but business outcomes. You should be comfortable engaging CXOs, digital leaders, product teams, and technology decision-makers, while working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape winning solutions.
What you will drive
Own revenue growth for AI bots, GenAI solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise integration offerings
Build and grow relationships with CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Digital, Product Leaders, and Transformation stakeholders
Lead consultative sales conversations, identify business pain points, and position relevant AI and integration-led solutions
Work with solution architects and delivery teams to craft proposals, POCs, solution decks, and enterprise pitches
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closure, and account growth
Build a strong pipeline through enterprise outreach, strategic partnerships, events, and referrals
Present business value clearly through ROI-led discussions and use-case-based selling
What we are looking for
5–8 years of B2B sales experience in AI Solutions, IT Services, SaaS, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology
Strong experience selling AI bots, conversational AI, automation, integrations, or AI-powered web/mobile solutions
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with technical teams and convert client requirements into scalable solutions
Comfort with modern enterprise AI themes including GenAI, copilots, workflow automation, CRM/ERP integrations, and digital transformation programs
Existing connects in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or Government will be a strong advantage
Exposure to international markets such as the US, UK, UAE, or Singapore is preferred
