Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Executive - Payments preferably with experience in accounts receivable. The role focuses on ensuring timely payment follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support smooth recovery processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibility:

Accounts Receivable & Recovery ● Track accounts receivable ageing and follow up on overdue payments. ● Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status. ● Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure data accuracy. ● Prepare and share periodic statements of account with customers. ● Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved payment or recovery issues.

Customer Success & Support ● Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries related to billing and payments. ● Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure smooth billing and recovery processes.

Compliance ● Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable accounting regulations.

Qualifications & Skills ● Bachelor’s degree in any field. ● Basic understanding of basic accounting principles. ● Basic knowledge in MS Excel. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills ● High attention to detail and accuracy. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
