About the Role:- We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is data-driven, creative, and growth-focused. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, a strong understanding of social media trends, and an interest in AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:- * Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) * Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversions * Research and apply current social media trends to improve ad creatives and engagement * Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies * Manage budgets and scale high-performing campaigns * Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign alignment * Prepare performance reports and insights for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:- * Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager * Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics & funnels * Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting & lookalike audiences * Awareness of current social media trends & platform updates * Good analytical and communication skills

Additional / Preferred Skills * Friendly with AI tools (Chat GPT, AI creatives, automation tools, etc.) * Prompt Engineering skills for ad copies, creatives, and campaign optimization * Basic to intermediate Graphic Designing skills (Canva / Adobe tools) * Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus
