What You’ll Do: Plan, shoot, and edit

engaging videos/reels for social media. Create posts and stories that align with brand voice and style. Upload and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Assist in growing social media pages by improving reach, engagement, and followers. Keep track of content performance (views, likes, comments, shares) and share simple reports. Stay updated with the latest trends in reels, short-form videos, and social media features.

Who You Are: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in social media marketing. Must share

samples of previous work

(case studies, growth stats, or campaign reports). Must have

at least one active social media page (your own or a client’s)

that you helped grow. Good understanding of paid ad campaigns and organic growth strategies. Creative, data-driven, and passionate about testing new content formats. Bonus: Experience with influencer collaborations or viral campaigns.
