Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Manager (BDM)

with strong experience in

US Staffing client acquisition . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring direct clients, and building long-term partnerships with companies across the United States. This role requires strong networking, sales, and relationship management skills within the US staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and acquire

new direct clients

for IT and Non-IT staffing services in the US market. Generate business through

cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and industry connections . Develop and maintain strong relationships with

hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers . Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with internal

recruitment teams

to fulfill positions. Negotiate

contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and rate agreements

with new clients. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to generate

repeat business and new requirements . Track and manage sales pipeline using

CRM tools . Work closely with leadership to develop and execute

business growth strategies . Achieve monthly and quarterly

client acquisition and revenue targets . Stay updated with

US staffing market trends, vendor management systems (VMS), and industry best practices .

Required Skills Proven experience in

US Staffing Business Development / Client Acquisition . Strong knowledge of

IT staffing services and recruitment lifecycle . Experience acquiring

direct clients rather than only working with implementation partners . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong experience with

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and cold outreach . Ability to work in

US time zones . Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
