Job Summary (Role Overview)

The Wealth Manager role focuses on supporting clients through onboarding, portfolio management, and ongoing servicing. Success in this role means building long-term client relationships, delivering clear and compliant investment communication, and ensuring high-quality service across the client lifecycle.

This position works closely with the operations team and plays a key role in maintaining client trust, service standards, and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

- Conduct client onboarding meetings, explain service offerings, and complete risk profiling - Communicate Mutual Fund solutions aligned to client goals, risk profile, and time horizon - Schedule and conduct periodic portfolio reviews and track goal progress - Address client servicing queries related to transactions, statements, and digital platforms - Ensure all client communication follows compliance and regulatory guidelines - Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth transaction execution - Educate clients on digital tools for portfolio tracking and self-servicing - Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes, and service logs in CRM systems - Support client satisfaction and referrals through timely and professional service

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, mutual funds, or financial services - Relevant NISM certifications (mandatory) - Educational background in Finance, Commerce, or a related field - Strong understanding of mutual funds, asset allocation, and SIP/STP/SWP - Ability to explain portfolio performance and goal progress clearly to clients - Good verbal communication skills for client meetings and calls - Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint - Client-first mindset with a strong focus on ethics and long-term relationships - Creativity and basic knowledge of social media or digital communication (preferred)
