Zoho Business Process & CRM Specialist – Rental Operations

About the Role:

We are a UK Based Property Management Company. We are new to Zoho and are implementing Zoho CRM with an external consultancy. We are looking for a Zoho Process Specialist who can understand our rental business, map end-to-end workflows, and ensure Zoho is configured to match how we actually operate.

This role will work alongside the Zoho consultant and independently, acting as the bridge between business requirements and Zoho implementation.

Key Responsibilities: Understand and map the full rental journey (landlord → property → tenant → move-in). Define clear business processes before automation. Translate business workflows into Zoho CRM logic and automation. Review and challenge consultant-led solutions when needed. Configure workflows, fields, stages, and automation in Zoho CRM. Document processes and train users.

Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM. Proven experience in process mapping / business operations. Ability to work with unclear requirements and structure them. Experience working with Zoho consultants is a strong plus. Rental / real estate experience preferred.

Salary:
