Business Development Executive

At OnCare, we are committed to supporting cancer patients and their caregivers through every step of their journey. We’re looking for a compassionate and driven Business Development Executive – Patient Support to join our team.

Location: Gurugram CTC: ₹3.5–5.5 LPA + incentives

What You’ll Do: • Handle inbound & outbound patient calls. • Guide patients and caregivers about our services. • Build strong relationships and ensure continuous follow-ups. • Drive service adoption while maintaining a patient-first approach.

What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Healthcare preferred). • Should be graduated.' • Strong and advance communication & conversion skills. • Empathy and emotional intelligence, especially while handling cancer patients. • Target-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
