About the Role
As a subject matter expert in HRO Transformation, you will drive the strategic design and documentation of global HR processes and policies. You will be responsible for navigating complex enterprise-level migrations, performing deep-dive fit-gap analyses, and ensuring that Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) principles are applied to create "future-ready" HR operations.
Responsibilities
- HRO Transformation & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end HR functional transformations, moving from legacy systems/processes to optimized, tech-enabled delivery models.
- Experience on PeopleSoft or similar HCM's will be preferred.
- Architect the "To-Be" state for HR services, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Process & Policy Governance
- Author and maintain a comprehensive repository of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Process Maps, and Global HR Policies.
- Ensure all documentation meets strict compliance, legal, and data privacy (GDPR/Local Law) standards.
- Translate complex legislative requirements into simple, executable HR policies.
- Fit-Gap Analysis & BPR
- Conduct exhaustive Fit-Gap analyses between baseline requirements and global templates to identify localizations versus standardizations.
- Execute Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to eliminate redundancies, reduce cycle times, and improve the Employee Experience (EX).
- Enterprise-Level Migrations
- Drive the migration of HR services from onshore to offshore/nearshore or from legacy platforms to new enterprise ERPs.
- Manage the "Knowledge Transfer" (KT) lifecycle, ensuring zero-defect transition and stabilization.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with large-scale data and process migrations.
- Stakeholder & Change Management
- Act as a bridge between HR, IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure cross-functional process integration.
- Present transformation roadmaps and "As-Is vs. To-Be" reports to C-suite leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in HR Transformation, HRO Consulting, or HR Operations at an enterprise level.
- Methodology: Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile methodologies for process optimization.
- Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with Fit-Gap exercises during major ERP implementations (PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle, or SAP).
- Documentation Mastery: Expert level in Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process mapping tools, and high-level technical writing.
- Analytical Depth: Ability to analyze large data sets to identify process bottlenecks and financial impacts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.

- PMP or Prince2 (Project Management)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
- Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)
- ERP-specific functional certifications.
