About Us Gumazing is a health-focused brand under Eternal Mark Singapore, dedicated to delivering high-quality supplements and nutraceuticals to global markets. We are building a world-class compliance function to support our international expansion and are looking for a motivated junior professional to grow with us.

Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Junior Regulatory Compliance Associate with at least 1 year of hands-on industry experience. This role will support our Global Regulatory Compliance function by assisting in product registrations, label reviews, documentation, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure our products meet regulatory requirements across global markets.

Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating regulatory communications between factories, distributors, and internal teams. Support compliance reviews to ensure products adhere to international standards and applicable regulations. Review and verify product labels and packaging artwork for regulatory accuracy. Maintain and organise compliance records, trackers, and regulatory documentation. Monitor and research regulatory changes across key markets and flag updates to the team. Support product registration processes with relevant food and drug authorities. Assist in resolving minor compliance issues and escalating complex matters as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and product development.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in supplements, nutraceuticals, or FMCG. Basic understanding of international food/supplement regulations (e.g. FDA, HSA, SST, GCC). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience Exposure to regulatory requirements in international markets such as the US, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE, or APAC. Prior experience supporting supplement or nutraceutical product registrations. Experience working with distributors or cross-border international teams.
