Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clients Manage full-cycle recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs Stay updated with US healthcare rules and staffing trends

Requirements 1-2 years of US Healthcare recruiting experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in license and certification verification. Knowledge of tax terms
