Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, offering executive support, and maintaining communication and administrative tasks. The role requires a proactive individual capable of managing day-to-day activities efficiently.
Qualifications
Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
Proficiency in Executive Support and Communication
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
