Technical Product Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a

Technical Project Manager

to run execution across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. You will own delivery, keep teams aligned, and ensure the right things ship at the right time — balancing product roadmap, customer issues, sales priorities, and platform reliability in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do Own end-to-end delivery of engineering and product initiatives Build and maintain sprint plans, delivery timelines, and roadmaps Prioritize work across features, bugs, customer requests, sales needs, and infrastructure Work closely with engineers to translate requirements into clear execution plans Run Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros) Track delivery, risks, and team capacity Communicate progress, blockers, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders Use data from tools like Mixpanel and monitoring systems to track delivery health

What We’re Looking For 4–8 years of experience with: 2+ years in technical project/program management 2+ years in software or engineering roles Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and modern product delivery Experience working with SaaS or product engineering teams Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments Strong communication, ownership, and prioritization skills
