What You’ll Be Doing (position summary): Acts as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements for Intellect IDAL Liquidity Management, Cash Management, and Payments are gathered, analyzed, and delivered. Leads solution design, data analysis, and stakeholder management for enterprise data initiatives. Supports the delivery of robust solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements. How You’ll Succeed (responsibilities): Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document complex business requirements for cash management and payments, ensuring clarity and completeness for technology implementation.

Solution Design: Collaborate with developers and architects to design solutions using Intellect IDAL 25+, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with business and technology partners; coordinate project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

Data Analysis: Analyze and map data using SQL, Excel, Databricks, and other tools to support solution development and business decision-making.

Compliance: Ensure all solutions and processes align with AML, sanctions screening, and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of platform services.

Experience:

7+ years of experience Who You Are (skills/qualifications): Must Have Skills: Minimum 7 years as a Business Analyst/Consultant, with hands-on experience in Intellect IDAL Liquidity or Finacle, Cash, or Payments. Deep expertise in Capital Markets, US Cash Management, FedWire, ACH, US SWIFT payments, Intellect IDAL 25+, sanctions screening, and AML. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, and Databricks. Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
