Position Overview The

Sr. Director – People & Culture

will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, working closely with senior leadership to drive organizational culture, talent initiatives, workforce planning, and employee experience across EC-Council’s global functions. This role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategy with business goals while fostering a high-performance, values-led culture.

Key Responsibilities 1. Employee Experience & Culture Drive initiatives that strengthen employee experience across the full lifecycle- hiring, onboarding, engagement, and retention. Partner with business leaders to reinforce a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Implement programs that enhance internal communication, transparency, and trust. Lead culture-building and recognition initiatives aligned with company values. Monitor employee sentiment and recommend practical actions to improve morale and retention. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead recruitment strategy to attract high-quality, values-aligned talent across functions. Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective workforce planning and timely hiring execution. Strengthen employer brand through consistent candidate experience and hiring best practices. Establish clear recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement. Oversee structured onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and early productivity. 3. Performance & Talent Management Manage performance review cycles, ensuring clarity of goals and alignment with business priorities. Support managers in providing ongoing feedback and addressing performance concerns. Drive succession planning discussions and identify retention risks for key roles. Implement structured internal mobility and career progression frameworks. Promote accountability through data-driven talent insights and reporting. 4. Engagement, Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead employee engagement surveys and translate insights into actionable improvement plans. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across hiring and workplace practices. Develop recognition and appreciation programs to reinforce desired behaviors. Partner with leadership to proactively address attrition trends and engagement gaps. Support initiatives that promote employee wellbeing and sustainable performance. 5. People Operations & Employee Relations Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and fairly across teams. Oversee employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and compliance awareness. Improve HR systems, reporting, and operational efficiency. Support organizational change initiatives with clear communication and structured implementation.

Qualifications & Experience 17–20+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 7 years in a senior HRBP or leadership capacity. Demonstrated experience in high-growth, multi-location, or global environments. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into HR strategy. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, and culture building. Ability to operate with agility, confidentiality, and strategic foresight.
