Drive continuous improvement for TQ and Delivery

Manage Call Quality & Client-related KPIs

Strengthen Quality Management Processes

Ensure SLA/SLO metrics are accurately captured & reported
โ
Drive Process Control & Compliance
โ
Improve sales & upsell metrics through quality interventions
โ
Provide feedback, refresher, and corrective training
What Weโre Looking For:

Graduate
in any discipline
โ
Green Belt Certified
โ
Mandatory banking experience
with relevant quality exposure
โ Strong
people management & analytical skills
โ Proficiency in
MS Office & Data Handling
โ Ability to work in a
multi-cultural, fast-paced
environment
โ Experience in designing
FMEA frameworks
