Role:
Sales Development Representative (SDR) -
US Market

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
Engage with prospective customers to understand requirements and pitch Keka’s offerings
Follow up on leads from marketing and outbound efforts to schedule sales demos
Maintain high activity levels while meeting quality and productivity metrics
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitors
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and pipeline efficiency
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Work Details:
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM
Location: Keka HR, Bangalore
Compensation & Benefits:
Please Note that the Compensation for the role will be
4.5-6 LPA CTC + Up to 8 Lakhs of Medical Benefits+ Night Shift Allowance up to 60K Per Year
Eligibility Criteria:
0-1 Years Experience in Sales, Business Development
Strong communication skills
High zeal and strong interest in Sales
Prior sales internship experience is a plus
Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
