(Narrative & Retention Owner | Gaming Ecosystem)

Reports to : Head of Growth & Ecosystem
Type : Full-time
We are building a retention-led gaming ecosystem and are hiring an Organic Growth Lead to architect how content, creators, and community drive long-term engagement.
This is not a posting role.
This is not meme marketing.
This role owns the system behind organic growth.
If performance brings users in, organic ensures they stay.
What You’ll Own:
Organic growth strategy across platforms
Content narrative, positioning & tone
Alignment between gameplay mechanics and storytelling
Creator ecosystem strategy (selection, briefing, alignment)
Community-driven engagement loops
Organic-to-app conversion pathways
Retention-linked organic KPIs
You will design how:
Content builds trust
Community increases depth
Creators reinforce gameplay identity
What You’ll Be Measured On:
Quality of organic engagement (not vanity metrics)
CTR to app from organic channels
Community participation & depth
Retention lift from organic-origin users
Creator-driven activation performance
If engagement grows but retention doesn’t — that’s not success.
Ideal Profile:
5–9+ years in organic growth, ecosystem marketing, or content strategy
Experience in gaming, creator economy, Web3, or consumer mobile apps
Experience designing organic growth systems — not just executing posts
Strong narrative thinking with commercial clarity
Comfortable managing cross-functional teams (content, social, community)
You understand that:
Organic growth is a retention engine, not a visibility play.
