Data Security Engineers

to join our team on a

6-month contract . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing large-scale enterprise software products with a strong focus on data security. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement data security features, including dynamic data masking, synthetic data masking, column-level encryption, and data tokenization. Write efficient, high-quality code primarily in

C/C++

(Python and Java experience is a plus). Implement encryption, decryption, and format-preserving encryption functions using

OpenSSL . Integrate with cloud key management and secret management APIs in

AWS, Azure, and GCP . Collaborate with Agile/SCRUM teams to ensure timely delivery of secure software solutions. Document code, processes, and security designs in clear English. Requirements: 6–8+ years of software development experience , preferably in enterprise-scale products. Strong programming skills in

C/C++

(mandatory), Python or Java is a plus. Hands-on experience in implementing

data security features

(masking, encryption, tokenization). Experience with

cloud technologies

(AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of key/secret management solutions. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Experience working in

Agile/SCRUM

environments. Preferred Skills: Deep understanding of

encryption/decryption algorithms

and security best practices. Ability to work independently in a

remote environment . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
