Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Campaign Manager. The Campaign Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of Email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the Client's requirement. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, planning, and managing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, handling project timelines, and maintaining strong communication.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Email Marketing Campaign Operations Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Working Experience with ESP platforms like SendGrid, Ongage, Mailgun etc., Knowledge to setup Automation Campaigns, Journeys, API Data Uploads. Understanding on basic Email Authentications, Email Headers, Email Protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure goals are met. Implementing the provided Email Deliverability Strategy without any issues Taking care of new clients onboarding which includes: Account Setup, DNS, Data Upload, Panel Demo's etc., Preparing Biweekly and Monthly performance reports and share with clients. Understand various Email Service Providers (ESPs) and explore options to find solutions based on client requirements. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging email content.
