Role Summary: Enrollment Manager – Degree Programs (Inside Sales) is responsible for driving student enrollment for online and hybrid degree programs through online or corporate partnership channels. Key Responsibilities: Enrolment Planning and Target Achievement: Develop the execution of the plan to achieve the enrolment targets Drive individual admission targets across assigned programs, tracking performance and taking corrective action as needed. Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Personally engage and convert prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and video counseling to set a high standard for the team. Counseling & Advising: Train and support the team in providing accurate, personalized counseling about programs, career outcomes, and admissions requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, academic, and student support teams to align messaging and ensure a smooth applicant experience. Reporting & CRM Management: Ensure accurate and timely CRM usage across the team; analyze data to identify bottlenecks in the admissions funnel. Generate and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to senior leadership. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related postgraduate qualification preferred. 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, admissions, or edtech Proven ability to meet and exceed sales/enrollment targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience in online education or higher education sales. Familiarity with CRM platforms Strong understanding of student decision-making behavior and sales funnel optimization.
