Cyber Security Advisor

who can help clients build resilient, intelligent, AI‑ready security programs. This role blends strategy, architecture, and hands‑on advisory across OT, IT, cloud, and AI‑driven environments.

What You Will Do Lead cyber risk assessments across OT and enterprise environments Advise clients on security architecture, zero‑trust adoption, and resilience engineering Shape cyber transformation roadmaps aligned to business and operational priorities Support incident readiness, threat modelling, and maturity uplift programs Partner with cross‑functional teams to embed AI‑led detection, automation, and governance Translate complex technical issues into clear, executive‑ready insights Contribute to QTH’s thought leadership on OT cyber, AI‑security, and next‑gen resilience

What You Will Bring 10+ years in cyber security, with exposure to OT, critical infrastructure, or cloud security Strong understanding of threat landscapes, frameworks (NIST, MITRE, IEC 62443), and modern security architectures Ability to engage with C‑suite, engineering teams, and operations leaders Experience with SOC, IR, vulnerability management, or security engineering is a plus Strong communication, advisory presence, and problem‑solving mindset Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or similar are desirable
