Role Overview: We’re seeking an SAP S/4HANA Commodity Management (CM) expert to design and deliver end‑to‑end commodity processes—pricing, risk, and settlement—across OTC, PTP, and Finance/Treasury. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on S/4 CM experience with Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE), exposure and hedge management, and integration to MM/SD, TRM, and Finance, enabling accurate risk visibility, compliant hedge accounting, and streamlined operational execution. Must‑Have Skills Experience 5–10+ years in SAP (min. 3–5 years in S/4HANA Commodity Management); successful one end‑to‑end S/4 CM implementation preferred. Deep hands‑on with CPE (formulas, quotation types, currency conversion, UoM, spreads, premiums/discounts, multi‑component pricing). Strong on provisional/final settlement, differential invoicing, and pricing date logic across OTC/PTP. Exposure and hedge management concepts: commodity/FX exposure capture, hedge designation, effectiveness testing, MtM, and accounting flows (TRM/HMA). Integration with MM/SD (contracts, deliveries, invoices), Finance (FI/CO), and Treasury (TRM). Testing leadership (SIT/UAT), cutover for open trades/pricing, and hypercare stabilization.
