Role Description This is a remote role for a Paid Media Director | Performance & Growth. The role focuses on owning paid media performance at a strategic level while driving scalable growth across multiple paid channels. You will oversee media strategy, guide optimization frameworks, and collaborate closely with growth, creative, and analytics teams to maximize ROI. This position sits at the intersection of performance leadership, growth strategy, and execution excellence.

Qualifications Extensive experience in paid media and performance marketing leadership roles Proven ability to scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other paid channels Strong understanding of growth funnels, attribution models, and performance metrics Experience managing large budgets and high-impact performance campaigns Ability to translate data insights into scalable growth strategies Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Background in Marketing, Advertising, or Business is preferred
