Integration Specialist

ASAP Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain backend integration solutions across ecommerce, ERP, POS, inventory, and loyalty systems. This role primarily involves working with TIBCO middleware tools and Microsoft Azure services. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement integration workflows using TIBCO BW, EMS, and ActiveSpaces Develop SOAP/REST APIs and support cloud integrations (Azure, Google Pub/Sub) Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and ensure high code standards Support deployment, performance tuning, and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions Required Skills & Experience: 5–6 years in middleware technologies, specifically TIBCO (BW, EMS, Hawk, Admin) Experience in cloud development (Microsoft Azure) and APIs Production support and agile working experience Retail domain knowledge is a plus Strong communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills Preferred: Knowledge of SAP integrations or other middleware platforms Experience with NoSQL databases and version control tools (SVN)
