Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Payroll Specialist

with 10–12 years of comprehensive payroll experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring statutory compliance, handling audits, and supporting payroll process improvements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and HRIS/payroll systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for monthly/bi-weekly payroll cycles. Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, incentives, reimbursements, and final settlements. Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity, and other local labor laws. Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll inputs and reconciliations. Ensure timely statutory filings and tax compliance. Process Full & Final settlements, leave encashment, and employee benefits. Handle payroll audits (internal and external). Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality. Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies. Prepare MIS reports and payroll analytics for management review. Drive payroll automation and process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field. 10–12 years of experience in payroll processing. Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP, or other payroll tools). Strong understanding of taxation (Income Tax, TDS, Form 16, etc.). Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
