Roles and Responsibilities :

Responsible for overall operational efficiency of the assigned café’s Accountable for the achievement of the team sales target and maximize revenue Maximize revenue and ensure profitability of the café’s Managing and Improving the customer satisfaction, by conducting timely reviews and Ensure stock availability on the floor including proper product handling Adherence suggesting compliance, training to internal SOPs at all times

with required documents and records in place Ensure to update and maintained records, all relevant documents and registers timely stock Improve the customer service by tracking and resolving customer grievances Managing day-to-day café operations by scheduling and delegating duties for the floor teams, driving and following-up on the results Team alignment to business goals/floor discipline/compliance to company policies and processes Improve team member’s operational efficiency through training and coaching Managing, motivating and mentoring the team. Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduation with MBA from reputed institution 7+ years of experience Candidates from Retail (Food & Beverages / QSR / FMCG) are preferable
