Job Title: HVAC Project Manager

Job Location: Baner, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Experience Required: 5–12 Years

Salary Range: 4 to 12 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

Role Summary -

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute HVAC projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with design and procurement teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities -

- Plan, schedule, and oversee HVAC project execution - Manage site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams - Monitor budgets, resources, and project timelines - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting - Resolve technical or operational issues on-site - Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control - Prepare project documentation, reports, and performance updates.

Qualifications & Skills -

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred) - 5–12 years of experience managing HVAC projects - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and ventilation - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications - Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills - Proficiency in project management and HVAC software/tools - Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery - Result-oriented and detail-focused mindset.
