Job Spec: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with extensive hands-on expertise in SAP.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of plant maintenance processes, along with proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PM solutions.

This role requires excellent analytical abilities, deep understanding of business processes, and strong client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for SAP PM module. Provide run support for SAP PM, including monitoring batch jobs, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth execution of maintenance-related processes Configure and customize SAP PM objects including equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, notifications, and work orders. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, QM, FI/CO, and PP to ensure seamless integration. Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues within SAP PM. Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and reports (RICEFW). Conduct user training, UAT support, and documentation. Provide production support and drive continuous process improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices and optimize maintenance operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of SAP PM experience in ECC environments. Strong understanding of PM master data, maintenance planning, and execution processes. Hands-on experience with integrations between PM and other SAP modules (MM/WM, QM, FI/CO, PP). Experience in handling complex issues, root-cause analysis, and solution design. Ability to write detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams. Strong communication, client interaction, and documentation skills. Experience in onshore-offshore model and working with global clients (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications: SAP PM certification (optional but advantageous). Experience with S/4HANA PM (added advantage). Exposure to mobility solutions (SAP Work Manager, Fiori apps) is a plus.
