Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for an Outreach Manager at AMITY GROUP OF SCHOOLS. The Outreach Manager will be responsible for developing and managing community engagement initiatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and promoting the school’s vision and programs. Key responsibilities include planning and executing public relations campaigns, driving project initiatives, identifying partnership opportunities, and expanding the school’s network for increased visibility and student enrollment. The role requires hands-on efforts, strong coordination, and active participation in on-site activities and events.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and represent the school’s brand. Proficiency in Project Management and Community Outreach to plan, execute, and oversee events and initiatives. Sales skills to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive student enrollment efforts. Ability to build meaningful community relationships and foster positive engagement with local organizations. A proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in the education sector or related fields is advantageous. Highly professional demeanor with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
