We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep experience with data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

About the Role

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for leading data analysis initiatives and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data analysis initiatives, from requirement gathering to insight delivery Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and define KPIs Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports Perform advanced analysis including forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance Collaborate with data engineering teams on data modeling and pipeline improvements Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Data Analytics or related roles

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization) Advanced experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas) Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred) Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience working in domains such as Finance, E-commerce, Healthcare, or SaaS Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes Prior experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
