Role: Leadership Hiring Specialist
is building an exclusive network of elite operators and executives. We're looking for someone to lead operator vetting, onboarding, and credibility assessment.
What you'll do:
Identify and research target operators on LinkedIn (PE/consulting/operations background)
Design credibility assessment frameworks
Conduct 1-on-1 onboarding conversations with executives
Help operators understand their market positioning and value
Maintain network quality and institutional standards
Ideal:
Background in consulting, executive search, or institutional networks
Understanding of operational roles (COO, CFO, VP Ops, etc.)
Experience assessing business outcomes and impact
Track record building and maintaining quality networks
Who we're looking for:
5+ years working with senior executives in assessment, vetting, or institutional matching. You understand what separates elite operators from the rest. Background in executive search, consulting, or expert networks preferred.
