to join our IT & Systems team at DBiz AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will manage and support End-User Computing devices, Office 365 administration (including Intune and Entra ID), network and firewall maintenance, IT asset management, and compliance-related documentation. The role involves troubleshooting, ensuring system security, maintaining SOC/ISO-related documentation, and collaborating with teams to maintain smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and support laptops, desktops, and other End-User Computing devices. Administer Office 365, including Intune and Entra ID. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely IT support. Maintain network infrastructure and firewall configurations. Manage IT assets and inventory, ensuring proper documentation. Maintain SOC and ISO compliance-related documentation and take necessary responsibility for adherence. Manage and maintain CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices. Implement IT security best practices and ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in IT systems administration. Strong knowledge of End-User Computing support and troubleshooting. Experience with Office 365, Intune, and Entra ID administration. Understanding of network and firewall maintenance. Experience in managing CCTV and biometric attendance devices. Familiarity with SOC/ISO compliance documentation is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
