Role Description We are looking for a creative and self-driven Visual Designer who can independently manage design projects, with a strong focus on social media creatives. This role is ideal for designers who understand digital trends, can translate briefs into impactful visuals, and are comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities Design high-quality social media creatives for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and digital campaigns Handle projects independently from brief understanding to final delivery Create static posts, carousels, ad creatives, banners, and campaign visuals Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts Collaborate with content strategists and marketing teams Adapt designs based on feedback and campaign performance requirements Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects

Required Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience as a

Visual Designer / Graphic Designer / Social Media Designer Strong portfolio showcasing

social media design work Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma , or similar design tools Understanding of

social media trends, digital marketing creatives, and brand storytelling Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication and time-management skills Experience working with agencies or multiple brands is preferred
