Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Project Engineer to oversee construction activities for our real estate developments in Goa. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, coordinating with consultants and contractors, monitoring quality and timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, technical standards, and project schedules. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience in high-rise construction, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Site Management Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor project timelines, construction milestones, and execution progress. Ensure quality control across RCC, structural, and finishing works. Identify site challenges proactively and implement practical solutions. Coordination & Planning Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors. Assist in planning construction sequences and monitoring execution schedules. Ensure effective communication between site teams and management. Support project planning and reporting processes. Quality, Compliance & Documentation Verify quantities and certify executed work. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction best practices. Maintain site records, progress reports, and execution documentation. Monitor contractor performance and adherence to agreed deliverables .

Eligibility & Candidate Profile Experience Minimum 5+ years of construction execution experience. Must have completed at least 2 high-rise projects as a Site Engineer or Planning Engineer.

Educational Qualification Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of RCC construction and finishing works. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Practical problem-solving ability with execution-focused thinking. Proficiency in project reporting and documentation.
