Full-Time Base Salary: $1000/month (8 hours per day)
Commission: $100-$300 Per Closed Sale
Expected Monthly OTE: $2,000-$3,000/month

We work primarily with service-based business owners (clinics, education, finance, trades, etc.) and aim to simplify their growth with done-for-you marketing systems and automation.
About the Role
We’re hiring a motivated and performance-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help scale both our core agency service and our SaaS product, Prospect AI.
This is a full-time remote role (8 hours/day). You’ll be responsible for closing deals from a mix of inbound leads, as well as working on some cold outbound sales to generate leads initially as we expand into a new market.
This is a closer role — you must be confident hosting Zoom calls, presenting solutions, and getting contracts signed.
Note: Initially, you will be expected to assist BD team in generating new leads as we ramp the volume of inbound leads with performance history, so please be comfortable making cold calls to generate leads initially.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales
Handle inbound leads across email, phone, and social channels
Respond to new leads within minutes during your shift
Host Zoom calls and deliver persuasive sales demos
Close deals and follow up using CRM and automation sequences
Client Types & Offers
Sell our TDS Paid Ads Solution ($650-$3,000/month recurring)
Sell Prospect AI CRM ($297-497/month recurring)
Identify opportunities for upsells, custom add-ons, or referrals
Pipeline Management & Strategy
Monitor and manage lead pipeline
Collaborate with marketing, setters, and operations to improve lead quality
Track and report on sales KPIs and output
Provide weekly feedback on setter and BDR performance (activity impacts your income!)
Sales Opportunities
Identify new sales opportunities to generate more leads via outbound strategies with SDRs, referrals, partnerships or data management.
Cold Outbound Calling
Initially, while we expand into a new market and build a database, outside of handling inbound lead,s you will be expected to make cold calls to generate leads.
More leads = more booked calls = more income
Who This Role is For
✔ Someone with strong closing experience, ideally in SaaS, marketing, or agency services
✔ Commercially driven and internally motivated to sell and increase earning potential
✔ Professional level of English both verbal and written, and can present themselves professionally via Zoom.
✔ Proven experience selling to business owners (service-based industries a big plus)
✔ Confident and articulate on Zoom – with a consultative, not pushy, sales style
✔ Strong initiative – you don’t need to be told what to do; you come with solutions
✔ Excited to work toward real earning potential, not just a fixed paycheck
✔ Comfortable starting small and building something long-term
✔ Organised, consistent, and KPI-driven in your daily activities
KPI & Commission Structure
Monthly KPI: Close 6 new deals (5 digital ads, 6 CRM sales)
Commission:
$100 per sale - TDS Group Launchready (entry level 90 day product)
$250 per upsell from Launchready to MRR
$150 per sale - Prospect AI
Expected Commission: ~$1,000-$2,000/month
With full-time base salary: Total OTE = $2,000-$3,000/month
Additional Upside:
Upsells, larger packages, or more deals per month = more earnings

Must Have Rquirements
4+ Years previous experience in sales closing, ideally in tech or digital industries
Professional level or English both verbally and written
Ability to present yourself professionally via Zoom.
Ability to work remote with clean background, quiet space and good internet connection.
Ability to work in US timezone.
