District Project Manager (DPM)

Position: District Project Manager (DPM) / Support Consultant

Project: DDU-GKY

Client: PwC

Location: Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand

Salary Range: 35,000 per month (Negotiable)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced DPM / Support Consultant for the UKDPMU Project under DDU-GKY. The candidate will be responsible for supporting district-level implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of skill development activities under the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of DDU-GKY activities at the district level - Coordinate with district officials, project teams, training centers, and other stakeholders - Monitor project progress and ensure timely reporting - Maintain and update project-related data on the Kaushal Bharat Portal - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the client and project team - Assist in review meetings, field visits, and follow-up actions - Ensure smooth communication and coordination between district teams and higher management - Support in data management, compliance tracking, and project documentation

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- B.Tech - MBA - MSW

Experience Required:

- Prior experience in DDU-GKY is mandatory - Experience in Skill Development Projects is required - Good understanding of district-level project coordination and reporting

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Kaushal Bharat Portal - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint - Comfortable working on laptops and digital platforms - Good communication and coordination skills - Ability to manage reports, documentation, and project updates effectively
