Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping teams manage programmatic campaigns end to end including setup, optimizations & reporting
Design and deliver structured training programs (beginner to advanced) and work with capability team on innovation projects
Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing employees
Develop platform-specific and cross-channel learning paths aligned to business goals
Partner with Capability Leads and Ops Managers to identify training needs, skill gaps, and certification requirements
Track progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement
Conduct live workshops, certification bootcamps and simulation-based learning
Create, maintain, and update training materials, playbooks and SOPs
Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and automation frameworks across campaign planning, execution, and reporting
Contribute to career pathing initiatives by mapping competencies with learning interventions.
Qualifications:
A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory)
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in managing programmatic campaigns for large clients.
Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring within an agency or corporate setting, will be a plus
Expert level knowledge of digital programmatic buying with hands-on experience using demand-side platforms. DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape: video, display, social, programmatic, and marketing analytics
Able to proficiently describe all possible KPIs and how they fit into the customer journey.
Comfortable thinking strategically and analysing performance in a continually evolving, dynamic environment.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis.
