Senior Product Manager

Company Overview Stupa Sports Analytics is building the category-defining, full-stack platform for racquet sports, combining SaaS, media, analytics, and AI to transform how federations, leagues, clubs, and athletes operate, engage, and grow. We work closely with international federations, major leagues, and broadcasters across multiple sports including Table Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball, and Padel to deliver next-gen AI-powered solutions that enhance both performance and fan experience.

Our Products Stupa Cast:

An AI-powered tracking and analytic platform that generates real-time stats, player profiles, and performance trends merged with live 3D graphic visuals for broadcast or streaming (TV or OTT). It creates stunning visuals that help fans understand the game’s depth in an engaging way. Used at flagship events and major leagues across various sports, Stupa Cast also powers automated video highlights generation directly from broadcast feeds, without on-site presence. Stupa Events:

An end-to-end league management platform already used by several federations and leagues across the globe. It integrates player and team management, OTT, ranking and rating systems, live scoring, streaming, and more, all under one white-labeled ecosystem. Over time, the platform builds rich data intelligence, enabling insights such as head-to-head stats, performance trends, predictions, and player dashboards for broadcast and digital storytelling.

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who understands sports deeply and can turn complex systems into simple, scalable, and intuitive experiences. This role blends sports domain knowledge, data understanding, UX thinking, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

: Own product requirements across tournaments, rankings, stats, analytics, live streaming, OTT, registrations, memberships, and dashboards. Understand data collection, distribution, and curation mechanisms across the platform, both AI-driven and manual. Enable automations to generate insights, stats, and creative outputs across products. Define clear user journeys and pain points for different personas (admins, operators, players, fans, broadcasters). Ensure strong viewing and usage experience across OTT, live events, dashboards, and user-facing modules. Work with design teams on UX, creative visualization, and information hierarchy. Write and maintain clear PRDs, groom product backlog, and plan sprints with TPM and engineering teams. Partner with tech and QA teams for grooming, implementation clarity, and product acceptance testing. Continuously evolve the platform basis user feedback, insights, and business priorities.

Ideal Profile: Strong experience in product management for SaaS or platform products. Solid understanding of sports operations and workflows. Comfort working with data-heavy systems and AI-enabled features. Ability to simplify complex problems into usable, intuitive solutions. High ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-moving environments.
