Role Description We are seeking an Assistant Manager Finance for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, overseeing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The individual will also support financial planning, analysis, and forecasting while collaborating closely with other departments to ensure efficient financial management and decision-making.

Qualifications Strong financial expertise, including Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Budget Management skills Analytical and strategic abilities in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Forecasting Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations, tax compliance, and financial reporting standards Proficient in financial tools and software, with a strong understanding of technology-driven financial solutions Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus) Relevant experience in finance management or a similar role; prior experience in e-commerce or tech-based businesses is an advantage
