PROJECT MANAGER / BUSINESS ANALYST

V-Accel AI Dynamics is hiring for our Chennai office.

THE ROLE: Bridge the gap between clients, product owners, and development teams. Gather requirements, create comprehensive documentation, manage project execution, and ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders for our enterprise SaaS projects.

REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in project management or business analysis - Experience of software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills - Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and technical specifications - Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements - Experience managing software development projects (Agile/Scrum) - Excellent stakeholder management and client handling skills - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello)

PREFERRED: - Experience in SaaS or enterprise software projects - Understanding of UI/UX wireframing and documentation - Experience with API documentation and technical specifications - Background in IT or software development - PMP, CBAP, or Agile certifications - Experience handling international clients
