3+ Years Of Experience in Admin
Responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, guest hospitality, facility management, logistics coordination, staff services, and overall support to HR & Management while maintaining efficiency, compliance, and cost control across the unit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Hospitality & Travel
- Arrange logistics, hotel bookings, meals, factory visits, and transport as per hospitality protocols.
- Welcome customers/visitors, manage gifting, maintain guest database, and ensure top-level Guest House upkeep.
2. Transport & Vehicle Management
- Monitor daily vehicle status, repairs, maintenance, insurance, and documentation.
- Manage staff and shift vehicles and prepare related MIS and cost reports.
3. Facility & Housekeeping Management
- Oversee housekeeping, building repairs, utilities, and general maintenance.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
4. Security & Surveillance
- Coordinate with security teams and monitor CCTV operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols across the plant.
5. Asset, Stationery & Inventory Control
- Manage asset records, stationery printing, and distribution.
- Maintain stock of branding materials, catalogues, uniforms, and safety shoes.
6. Pantry, Staff Canteen & Welfare
- Supervise canteen operations, quality, hygiene, and food management.
- Monitor pantry services, consumption, and cost control.
7. Vendor & Scrap Management
- Coordinate with vendors, ensure timely service delivery, and manage scrap disposal.
- Handle courier/postage activities.
8. MIS, Reporting & Cost Control
- Prepare Admin MIS, HR MIS, Travel MIS, and monthly bills/voucher reports.
- Track and compare costs (stationery, printing, mobile, travel, vehicles) and implement cost-control measures.
9. Training & Development Support
- Prepare JD, SOPs, training modules, and assist in TNA for down-line employees.
- Organize weekly/monthly training programs and evaluation reports.
10. Admin Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and promote policy awareness among employees.
- Plan work efficiently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of tasks.
11. Employee Relations & CSR/Event Support
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and CSR initiatives.
- Improve feedback mechanisms and strengthen internal communication.
