Role Overview :-

We are looking for someone to lead and manage our entire gifting segment. This person will take full ownership — from deciding what the gifts should look like, to working with vendors, to delivering the final product to clients. The role focuses strongly on design, aesthetics, and brand presentation. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines creativity, coordination, and client interaction to build and grow our gifting side of the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gifting Strategy & Curation Plan and curate gift collections based on occasions, festivals, and client requirements. Design and develop customized gifting solutions for corporate and retail clients. Decide the look, feel, and presentation of all gift hampers and collections. Work with the creative team on catalogues, photoshoots, and overall presentation. 2. Client Management Act as the main point of contact for gifting clients. Understand client requirements, budgets, and themes. Present curated concepts and proposals. Coordinate sampling, revisions, and final approvals. Support in closing orders and ensuring smooth execution. 3. Vendor & Execution Management Source and onboard vendors and suppliers. Ensure product quality, pricing, and timely delivery. Oversee packaging, production, and final dispatch. Maintain brand standards across all gifting projects. 4. Corporate Outreach & Partnerships Responsible for partner outreach and Tie up/ Collaboration with other companies. Build relationships with corporate clients. Participate in exhibitions and trade events. Plan stall design, display curation, and event presence. Connect with event planners and gifting partners for collaborations. 5. Marketing Collaboration Work with the Sales & Marketing team to promote the gifting segment. Collaborate with the performance marketing team for gifting campaigns and ads. Help plan and manage the gifting content calendar. 6. Offline Store (Upcoming) Oversee curation and merchandising for the gifting-focused offline store. Ensure store displays and collections reflect the brand’s identity.
