Junior Architect

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect, located in Chennai. The Junior Architect will collaborate with clients and team members to create architectural designs, assist in project planning and execution, and oversee specific aspects of design and construction processes. Responsibilities include drafting design plans, preparing project documentation, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with local standards and building codes. The Junior Architect will contribute to project timelines and deliverables while gaining experience in architectural practices.

Qualifications Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a solid understanding of construction techniques and design principles. Experience in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and ensuring timely delivery of project phases. Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as it applies to design and architectural solutions. Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, sketch up , V ray, Lumion or related software. Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a must. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment. Knowledge of sustainable building practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
