Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and enforcing HR policies, maintaining employee relations and overseeing various HR management activities. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth HR processes, fostering a positive work culture, and providing support to employees and leaders within the organization.

Qualifications Excellent skills in

Recruitment, HR Operations Strong expertise in Employee Relations and ensuring a positive workplace environment Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation Solid understanding of various aspects of Human Resources (HR) functions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Prior experience in the Life Science industry is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
